Leasing Agent Temp-to-Perm Maple Shade, NJ Hours: • Monday – Friday 9:00a – 6:00p Responsibilities: • Handling the new lease process from initial tour to move-in, including meeting and greeting prospective residents, conducting property presentation, application processing, closing, and leasing signing • Maintaining adequate inventory of leasing and tour documentation, preparing lease and move-in paperwork, performing weekly market survey reports, and following up on leads to ensure all questions are answered • Performing daily inspections of the tour route and property curb appeal, including all model units and staged apartments • Delivering customer service, generating resident service requests and assisting with general lease questions • Tracking supply levels for office essentials and move-in items, coordinating reordering as needed to prevent shortages Qualifications: • Leasing experience (2+ years) • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel • High School Diploma or equivalent Compensation: • $20-21/hr …Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis.
