Leasing Consultant Temp to Hire St. Petersburg, FL Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Responsibilities • Respond to prospective residents by phone, email, and in person. • Schedule and conduct apartment tours, follow up on leads, and assist with rental applications and lease signings. • Coordinate move-ins, renewals, and leasing documentation. • Maintain accurate applicant, resident, and leasing records. • Provide excellent customer service and address resident questions and concerns. • Support daily office operations and the Property Manager. • Use ResMan or similar property management software to manage leasing activity. • Follow fair housing regulations and company policies while working toward occupancy and leasing goals. Requirements • Previous multifamily leasing experience preferred. • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills. • Experience with leasing paperwork, rental applications, and resident relations. • Familiarity with ResMan, Yardi, OneSite, or similar software preferred. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. …Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis.
