Clinic hiring for temporary HR generalist to cover a leave through May FULLY ONSITE Schedule: Monday through Friday 9AM-5PM, 1-hour for lunch Requirements: • 1-3 years of Human Resources experience • 1+ year of Recruitment experience • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Communications, or related field • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Responsibilities: • Build a diverse and inclusive team by leading end-to-end talent recruiting and partnering closely with our hiring managers and leadership to understand and support their hiring needs • Be a support for all employees and respond to any employee questions or concerns • Manage the new hire onboarding process • Oversee open enrollment, following up with employees for completion • Filing performance review documents into employee records • Send out compensation adjustment memos • Collect and maintain all employee data • Administer leaves of absences • Assisting in communicating policies and procedures to employees • Foster a positive employee experience #zip
