Why You’ll Love This Role • Outpatient primary care across the full lifespan, newborn to geriatric • Work at the top of your license with a collaborative clinical team • Strong support structure with experienced nurses and providers • Mission-driven care for a diverse community Schedule • Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm • One later shift per week (10:00am-7:00pm) • One Saturday per month (8:00am-4:00pm) • Fully onsite (this is not a remote or hybrid role) Compensation • BSN: $73,000-$85,000 annually • ASN: $69,000-$81,000 annually • Based on experience and education What You’ll Do Deliver high-quality, comprehensive nursing care in a fast-paced outpatient primary care setting: • Support planned-care visits, including pre-visit planning and daily huddles • Conduct nurse-led and nurse-assisted visits • Patient and telephone health education on preventive, chronic, and episodic care • Help patients set and monitor self-management goals • Administer medications and immunizations under provider orders • Wound care, catheterization, and other nursing activities as ordered • Follow up on ER visits and hospital discharges • Coordinate tests and specialty referrals • Accurate, timely EHR documentation What You Bring • Active Connecticut RN license in good standing • BSN or ASN • At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced clinical environment • CPR/AED or BLS for Healthcare Providers certification • Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese strongly preferred, not required • EHR experience a plus Benefits • Comprehensive healthcare benefits • 403(b) retirement plan • Tuition reimbursement • Paid time off #toponehire #zip
