Why You’ll Love This Role • Outpatient only, with a steady Monday-Friday schedule • Hands-on variety: triage, in-office procedures, and patient education • Strong training and mentorship from a seasoned nurse manager • Join a collaborative team of RNs across urology sub-specialties Schedule • Full-time, 35 hours/week • Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm (one-hour lunch) • Fully onsite (this is not a remote or hybrid role) Compensation • $90,000-$120,000 annually, based on experience What You’ll Do Deliver patient-centered care in a fast-paced outpatient urology clinic: • Triage calls and in-basket/portal messages for symptom management • Patient assessments, including bladder scans and wound evaluations • Catheter insertions, removals, and changes • Prior authorizations and medication management • Assist with minor in-office procedures (cross-trained for procedure rooms) • Coordinate labs, imaging, and diagnostic testing • Patient education across a range of urologic conditions • Documentation and EMR chart management What You Bring • Bachelor’s degree in nursing • Active New York RN license • BLS certification • 1+ year of clinical RN experience, with urology or urology-adjacent experience required (catheter experience especially valued) • Bilingual Spanish a plus, not required • Comfort with EMR and MS Office #toponehire
