PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES • Assemble components and parts according to established instructions and specifications. • Use hand tools, equipment, or machinery to complete assembly tasks. • Perform basic quality checks and tests to ensure products meet established standards. • Set and adjust equipment or timers according to specifications. • Follow established procedures and maintain accurate work practices. • Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned by the Supervisor. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and safely climb steps or ladders as needed. • Comfortable working with numbers and basic measurements. • Basic computer skills. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. • Ability to read and interpret basic assembly drawings, diagrams, or instructions. • Good attention to detail and ability to retain and apply information. • Energetic, dependable, and safety-conscious. • Ability to read and write English. …Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis.
