CNC Lathe Machinist Location: Bethel, CT Type: Full-Time Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, overtime as needed Requirements: • Prior CNC lathe operation experience required. • Strong blueprint-reading and measurement skills. • Experience with CNC milling is a plus. • Mastercam experience is a plus. Responsibilities: • Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to produce precision components. • Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and manufacturing drawings. • Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools. • Make tool offsets and minor adjustments to maintain tolerances. • Deburr, inspect, and prepare finished parts for the next operation. • Meet daily production goals while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
