ICU Registered Nurse (RN) – Critical Care Shift: 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) Compensation: $35–$50/hour based on experience Shift Differentials: • Weeknights: +$3.50/hour • Weekends: +$5.00/hour Retention Bonus: Up to $8,000 (paid in installments over 24 months) Relocation assistance available A healthcare organization is seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to join their Critical Care team.
