BILLING SPECIALIST Location: South FL (On-Site) Type: Direct Hire | Full-Time Pay: $22/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9AM–5:30PM A well-established, family-owned company in South Florida is seeking a Billing Specialist to join their billing team. What You’ll Do: • Handle full-cycle B2B billing and collections • Process and reconcile client payments daily, weekly, and monthly • Support AR aging reduction and collections efforts • Respond to client billing inquiries via phone, email, and chat • Assist with process improvement and SOP development • Train and mentor new team members What We’re Looking For: • 3-5 years full-cycle B2B billing/AR experience • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills • CRM and electronic payment gateway experience • PCI-DSS and HIPAA compliance knowledge • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus • Strong communication and organizational skills Benefits: • 401K with company match • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • Paid time off and holidays • Childcare and gym reimbursement • Weekly direct deposit . . .
