The team is seeking an experienced OSP Fiber Project Manager to oversee projects across Missouri and surrounding markets. This hybrid role involves taking ownership of fiber deployments from planning through construction, coordinating designers, field inspectors, construction partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, on schedule, and to the highest quality and compliance standards. Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end OSP fiber deployment projects from design through construction and completion. • Monitor design packages, construction plans, and project schedules. • Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure projects stay on schedule. • Oversee field inspections and ensure build quality meets required standards. • Support permitting processes and ensure projects meet local and environmental requirements. • Track project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. • Act as the key liaison between field teams and internal leadership. Skills/Must have: • Experience managing OSP fiber or telecom infrastructure projects. • Strong understanding of FTTH / FTTP deployments. • Background in OSP design and construction coordination. • Experience managing vendors, contractors, or field teams. • Strong organizational and project management skills. • Ability to keep projects on schedule and resolve issues proactively.
