Responsibilities: • Team Leadership (Primary Focus): • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 10+ Pre-Sales Engineers/Consultant • Provide indirect leadership across a broader 75-person technical organization • Drive performance management, coaching, and career development • Build a high-accountability, high-performance culture • Pre-Sales Organization Management: • Own day-to-day operations of the pre-sales engineering function • Standardize processes across: • Solution development • Technical validation • RFP/RFI responses • Deal support frameworks • Improve win rates, consistency, and scalability Skills/Must have: • 5+ years of people leadership within Pre-Sales / Sales Engineering • Prior background as an individual contributor (hands-on SE/Architect) • Experience within a VAR, MSP, or Systems Integrator environment • Strong exposure to enterprise technologies across: • Networking • Cloud • Automation • AI/Data (preferred but not mandatory) • Proven ability to manage, motivate, and scale technical team Benefits: • 401k • Health • Dental • Vision Salary: • $400,000 OTE
