As an Experienced Telecom Lineman, you’ll work on a variety of construction and maintenance projects in the field, performing aerial and underground work, installing and servicing fiber and utility lines, and ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities: • Perform construction, installation, and maintenance of telecom and utility infrastructure including aerial and underground systems. • Climb poles, work from aerial equipment, and handle line work in a variety of environments. • Operate tools and equipment safely and maintain adherence to all jobsite safety procedures and industry regulations. • Coordinate with crews to support project objectives and complete tasks efficiently. • Document work completed daily and communicate progress to supervisors and project management. • Respond to service calls, troubleshoot issues, and support restorative work as needed.
