Responsibilities: • Own and manage core End User Computing (EUC) technologies across the environment. • Act as a senior escalation point for complex technical issues and troubleshooting. • Drive improvements across Windows, Microsoft 365, collaboration platforms, and mobility solutions. • Collaborate with engineering teams on automation initiatives and infrastructure upgrades. • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance. • Contribute to a high-performance, engineering-focused technical culture. Skills/Must Have: • Strong experience in End User Computing / Modern Workplace engineering within enterprise environments • Deep knowledge of Windows desktop environments, Office 365, Citrix, SCCM, and collaboration tools • Strong PowerShell and/or Python scripting capability for automation and support tooling • Experience delivering large-scale infrastructure upgrades, rollouts, or EUC transformation projects • Ability to act as a senior escalation point for complex technical and production issues • Strong understanding of endpoint management, remote access, and enterprise mobility solutions • Experience working closely with engineering, infrastructure, and business stakeholders Location: • New York (3x per week onsite) Salary: • Up to $400,000 Total Compensation (Depending on experience)
