Responsibilities: • Supervise daily on-site operations for construction crews and subcontractors • Apply quality control measures and oversee construction to meet project specifications • Enforce OSHA regulations and safety protocols across all work sites • Manage project timelines, resources and materials to avoid delays • Give stakeholders regular updates on progress and issues • Use construction management software to track milestones and documentation Skills/Must Have: • 2+ years of telecom/fiber construction experience • Proven track record supervising construction teams and subcontractors • Working knowledge of quality control, budgeting and OSHA regulations • Able to read utility construction maps (highly regarded) • Valid driver's license and clean driving record Benefits: • Company truck • Performance bonuses • 2–3 weeks PTO • Long-term project pipeline with progression opportunities Salary: • $70,000 – $90,000 per year
