The Company
Macdonald & Company is partnered with a real estate investment manager in the San Francisco Bay Area to appoint an Investor Relations Associate.
The firm is an active investor across multiple real estate sectors with a growing portfolio of assets and strong relationships with institutional and high-net-worth capital partners. With an established track record of successful investments and an active pipeline of new opportunities, the firm continues to expand its investor base and capital raising activities.
As part of this growth, the firm is seeking an Investor Relations Associate to support capital raising efforts, investor communications, and reporting across its investment platform.
The Position

Working closely with senior leadership, the individual will assist in managing relationships with existing investors while supporting outreach to prospective capital partners. The role will also involve preparing investor communications, performance reporting, and marketing materials used in fundraising efforts.

Role Responsibilities
• Support the firm’s capital raising efforts by assisting with investor outreach and relationship management.
• Prepare investor presentations, fundraising materials, and marketing collateral for new investment vehicles.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of investor reporting, including quarterly updates and fund performance reports.
• Maintain investor databases and CRM systems to track investor engagement and fundraising activity.
• Coordinate responses to investor inquiries and due diligence requests.
• Assist in organizing investor meetings, conferences, and capital raising events.
• Collaborate with acquisitions, asset management, and finance teams to gather information for investor communications.
• Conduct research on potential investors and capital partners to support fundraising initiatives.
