Macdonald & Company is partnered with a leading real estate investment firm seeking a Capital Markets Analyst to support investor relations, financial analysis, and fundraising efforts. This role will play a key part in investor reporting, financial modeling, and portfolio analysis while working closely with senior leadership. Key Responsibilities: Investor Reporting & Communication • Assist in preparing quarterly and annual investor reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity • Support investor presentations and meetings by providing financial insights and market analysis • Respond to investor inquiries and maintain key investor relations materials Financial Analysis & Modeling • Conduct in-depth financial modeling, including waterfalls, IRR analysis, and cash flow projections • Analyze portfolio performance, market trends, and investment opportunities • Support debt and equity financing efforts, including underwriting and due diligence Fundraising & Transaction Support • Assist in identifying and engaging potential investors for new opportunities • Develop marketing materials and data-driven insights for fundraising initiatives • Coordinate due diligence efforts for capital transactions and joint venture structuring
