Join our team as a Metal Laminator, where you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality composite parts for our company. As a Metal Laminator, you will follow precise work instructions, maintain tools, and ensure the highest standards of safety and efficiency in production. Pay Rate: • $18.00-$19.00 per hour Required Skills: • Proficiency in composite layup techniques such as Carbon Pre-Preg, Carbon Fibers, Kevlar layup, Fiberglass, and Hand Layup • Ability to trim excess materials accurately using hand shears or trimming knives • Experience in checking finished products for adherence to specifications and quality standards • Knowledge of recording production data and maintaining logs • Strong commitment to safety practices and adherence to company guidelines Nice to Have Skills: • Familiarity with 5S methodology for workplace organization • Previous experience in repairing defective products rejected during inspection • Understanding of FOD (Foreign Object Debris) and Tool Control practices Preferred Education and Experience: • High School diploma or equivalent • Previous experience in metal lamination or composite part fabrication Other Requirements: • Willingness to participate in internal training programs as needed • Flexibility to perform re-work tasks and additional duties as assigned Join our team at Malone Workforce Solutions, where equal opportunity and a commitment to excellence are at the heart of our operations. 2000037 To Apply for this Job Click Here
