PRN Nursing Positions- LPN/RN for Homecare • Conduct thorough head-to-toe physical assessments, monitor vital signs, and track developmental milestones during every shift. • Administer medications and treatments as instructed by physician/s. • Provide direct patient care. • Coordinate with patients and families to meet nursing needs. • Provide health care as appropriate per assessment and plan of care. • Prepare clinical notes and update physicians as necessary. • Communicate with Nursing Manager regarding patient needs and any changes in patient condition. Position Qualifications: • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with 1-2 years of experience. • Current RN/LPN license in good standing. • Current CPR certification. • Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, basic math skills; nursing skills per competency checklist. • Ability to work independently and respond quickly to patient needs. • Current negative TB test or chest X-ray (preferred, but not required). • Must pass drug screen and background check What Do We Offer? • Flexible scheduling, with shifts ranging from 4-12 hours. • Nightshift weekends and weekdays available. • Part-time and full-time schedule available. • Weekly pay. • Paid time off and increased rates for holidays. • Employee referral bonuses. • Ongoing training and professional development opportunities. • One on one patient care.
