Highlights: -Starting Pay Rate: $13.00 – $15.00 -Full time hours: Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm with possible overtime and/or weekend work as needed. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Gather and empty trash. • Service, clean and supply restrooms and break room areas. • Clean and polish furniture. • Clean windows and mirrors. • Mix water and detergents in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications. • Vacuum and shampoo carpets. • Requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning, minor maintenance duties. • Set up tables and chairs to prepare for events. • Maintain a safe working environment and follow all policies and procedures regarding safety. • Perform other duties as assigned. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: • High school diploma or GED. • Must have a valid driver's license. • Must have and obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC Badge). • Must provide a 3-year Department of Motor Vehicle Report (DMV) with no more than 2 moving violations, no DUI convictions and no Reckless Driving. • Ability to effectively communicate, understand and follow verbal and written instructions. • Ability to drive both automatic and straight shift vehicles. • Ability to function within working conditions and physical requirements. • Ability to work assigned hours. Including overtime and weekends as needed.
