This role supports order fulfillment, material handling, inventory tracking, and quality control operations, ensuring accurate, efficient, and safe completion of warehouse tasks throughout the shift. Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and assemble custom kits according to client lists and procedures. • Material Handling: Construct shipping cartons, wrap and palletize items, and maintain a safe, organized workstation. • Inventory & Tech: Use Radio Frequency (RF) scanners, computers, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS/SAP) to accurately log and track merchandise. • Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards before shipping them to customers. Qualifications • Ability to work the assigned shift, including the every-other-Saturday requirement for Options 1 and 2. • Ability to work varying shifts (e.g., 12-hour shifts) and weekend or holiday work depending on business needs. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Physical Requirements • Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a shift, and to bend and stoop as needed. • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted. • Ability to work in warehouse environments that can be fast-paced and occasionally non-climate-controlled.
