This role works individually to feed a robotic operator, maintaining consistent production flow throughout the shift. Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Feed a robotic welder, maintaining consistent and accurate part flow throughout the shift. • Work individually (individual ops) with minimal direct supervision. • Monitor equipment during operation and report any issues or malfunctions. • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation. • Follow all safety protocols and facility procedures at all times. • Maintain consistent production pace to support manufacturing goals. Qualifications • Ability to work independently in an individual-operations role. • Strong attention to detail and consistency. • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. • Ability to work the scheduled 1st Shift hours. Physical Requirements • Ability to stand with little movement for up to 10 hours a day. • Ability to perform repetitive motion tasks throughout the shift.
