Job Duties: • Inspect PCBs under a microscope for defects and damaged parts. • Check solder joints, components, and board assembly for quality. • Follow IPC-A-610 guidelines and company inspection procedures. • Identify and report problems found during inspection. • Keep track of inspection results and complete required paperwork. • Work with the production and quality teams when issues are found. • Make sure inspected products meet quality requirements before moving to the next step. • Keep the work area clean and organized. • Follow all safety and company procedures. Requirements: • Experience inspecting PCBs or working in electronics manufacturing is helpful. • Comfortable working with a microscope. • Basic knowledge of IPC-A-610. • Good attention to detail. • Able to spot small defects and differences in components and soldering. • Able to follow instructions and work carefully. • Comfortable doing detailed, repetitive work. • Able to work independently and with a team.
