Preferred candidates should have experience with CNC or similar production machinery and a strong mechanical aptitude. Job Highlights • $21.00 / hour • 4-Day Work Week • Overtime opportunities Key Responsibilities • Operate manual and automated production equipment efficiently • Load, run, and monitor machines to produce parts according to specifications • Perform machine setups, tool changes, and offset adjustments • Inspect parts using gauges, measuring instruments, and visual inspections • Maintain equipment and report malfunctions to leadership • Complete production logs and accurately report output • Support quality and continuous improvement initiatives • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Requirements: • Previous experience operating CNC or similar production machinery • Knowledge of machine setup and tool offsets • Ability to read blueprints and process instructions • Experience using measuring and inspection tools • Basic math skills • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Education • High School Diploma or GED required • Technical training in CNC machining or machine tool technology preferred Malone Workforce Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer. 2000037 To Apply for this Job Click Here
