Assists kitchen staff with food preparation, dishwashing, and general kitchen duties. Responsibilities include washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils; cleaning and sanitizing countertops, workstations, and kitchen equipment; sweeping and mopping floors; disposing of trash; and ensuring food preparation areas remain clean and sanitary. May assist with receiving and storing food and supplies, stocking kitchen items, and performing basic food preparation tasks as needed.
