Recycled Materials Processor - A Shift Join our dynamic team as a Recycled Materials Processor - A Shift, where you’ll play a vital role in transforming recycled materials into high-quality products. This position offers an engaging opportunity to contribute to sustainable manufacturing operations, ensure material quality, and meet daily production targets in a fast-paced environment. Required Skills: • High school diploma or GED • Valid forklift certification and ability to operate tow motors safely • Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and troubleshooting • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP or manufacturing systems • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills • Physical stamina to work in noisy, dusty, and temperature-variable conditions Nice to Have Skills: • Experience with pelletizing or extrusion processes • Basic knowledge of PVC and non-PVC materials segregation • Previous experience in recycling or plastics manufacturing Preferred Education and Experience: • Prior manufacturing or materials handling experience preferred • Experience in a similar recycling or extrusion environment is advantageous Other Requirements: • Ability to work rotating shifts, overtime, or weekends as needed • Compliance with all safety procedures and PPE requirements Ready to make a difference in sustainable manufacturing?
