Experience We're Looking For We are seeking candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas: • Production & Assembly: Manufacturing lines, mechanical assembly, fabrication, or industrial production • Equipment Setup & Changeovers: Adjusting machine settings, tooling, materials, and production specifications • Quality Control: Product inspections, measurements, blueprint reading, calipers, micrometers, or quality documentation • Material Handling: Forklift operation, pallet jacks, overhead cranes, or moving raw materials and finished products • Industrial Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Basic mechanical adjustments, equipment troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance • Warehouse & Production Support: Shipping, receiving, inventory control, and production-related material movement What We're Looking For • Previous manufacturing, industrial production, or machine operating experience required • Ability to operate equipment safely and follow established production procedures • Understanding of manufacturing safety practices and quality standards • Ability to read work instructions, follow production schedules, and meet productivity expectations • Strong attendance, reliability, and work ethic • Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment • Willingness to work various shifts, including overtime when needed • Ability to meet the physical requirements of an industrial position, which may include prolonged standing, bending, and lifting Why Apply? • Opportunities with established manufacturing employers • Multiple shifts and manufacturing specialties • Competitive pay based on experience and assignment • Potential temp-to-hire, and long-term, full time career opportunities • A chance to connect with our recruiting team before the next opportunity becomes available Interested?
