Our client is looking for a Revenue Operations Specilist to support the team. You'll own the day-to-day management of Salesforce and related GTM systems, balancing user support with project-based improvements to keep their commercial teams running efficiently. What You'll Be Doing: Administer and optimize Salesforce, including configuration, automation, user support, and data quality. Manage a mix of support tickets and enhancement projects. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver scalable solutions. Identify and improve workflows, processes, and data consistency. Who You Are: Salesforce Administrator certified (required). Experienced supporting Salesforce in a fast-growing tech or scale-up environment. Comfortable working in a small, high-impact team. Able to balance support, stakeholder collaboration, and project work. Tech-savvy and confident using AI and automation tools to improve efficiency.
