Director of Product, Apps - Fintech We're partnering with an innovative fintech company that is building the future of digital finance and looking for a Director of Product, Apps to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of their mobile product ecosystem. This is a senior product leadership role responsible for driving the roadmap across iOS and Android, improving user engagement, and building world-class mobile experiences. You'll work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and executive leadership to deliver products that drive growth, retention, and customer value. What you'll be responsible for: Own the mobile product vision, strategy, and roadmap across iOS and Android Lead product teams focused on delivering exceptional user experiences Drive growth initiatives through analytics, experimentation, and funnel optimization Own key product metrics including engagement, retention, activation, and lifetime value Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and business leaders Identify opportunities to leverage AI, emerging technology, and new product capabilities What we're looking for: 8+ years of Product Management experience with significant mobile app leadership Experience scaling consumer or B2B2C mobile products Strong background in growth, analytics, experimentation, and user experience Proven ability to lead high-performing product teams Experience within fintech, payments, digital platforms, or other high-growth technology environments is highly valued Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
