Respiratory Therapist Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team. This position plays a critical role in providing exceptional respiratory care to patients across various settings. Key Responsibilities • Administer respiratory therapy treatments to patients. • Monitor and evaluate patient responses to therapy. • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. • Educate patients and their families about respiratory care and pulmonary health. • Maintain and calibrate respiratory equipment to ensure optimal function. Job Details • Shift: 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., every other weekend • Shift Length: 12 hours • Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Qualifications • Years of Experience: Minimum of 2 years • Required Certifications: • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) • BLS (Basic Life Support) – AHA • Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) via NBRC • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) Hiring Process • Profile Review with Clinical Team • Interview with Unit Manager Orientation Clinicians are required to be present in the state for the week of orientation, even if initial modules are conducted remotely.
