Registered Nurse (RN) Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for a critical care position. The role offers a dynamic schedule with either three 12-hour shifts or four 12-hour shifts in a rotating format. Shifts run from 07:00 to 19:30. Candidates with the necessary certifications and critical care experience are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities • Provide high-quality nursing care in the Medical ICU, Trauma ICU, or Neuro ICU settings. • Monitor patient conditions and respond to changing medical needs. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. • Maintain accurate patient records in the Epic system. Qualifications • High School Education/GED or equivalent: Required • Associate Degree (A.A. or A.S.): Required • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing: Preferred • Completion of a Critical Care Nursing course: Required • Six months of previous critical care experience: Preferred Licenses and Certifications • Current RN license in the state of practice: Required • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor: Required • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from approved vendor: Required • Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC): Required within one year of hire or transfer into the department • NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification: Required Location This opportunity is available in multiple locations within the region, specifically in [City], [State].
