Registered Nurse (RN) – MedSurg Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our MedSurg team. This travel position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment, providing high-quality patient care during the night shift. Shift Details • Shift: 7 PM – 7 AM Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical unit. • Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in health status. • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. • Educate patients and their families on health management and recovery plans. • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations. Qualifications • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical-surgical setting. • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Able to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
