Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room (ER) Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Room (ER) team for an 8-week contract. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Schedule Details • Shift: 12 hours, evenings (3:00 PM – 3:00 AM) • Orientation: 2 sessions of 12-hour shifts (non-billable) • Weekend Requirements: Rotating • Holiday Requirements: As needed, with a minimum of 3 holidays between Thanksgiving and New Year’s Day Qualifications • Required Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role • Preferred Experience: 4+ years in an Emergency Room setting • Licenses and Certifications: • Basic Life Support (BLS) • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) • Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) • National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Certification • Proficiency with Epic EMR system is required • New Graduates: Not accepted Client-Specific Notes Applicants are required to submit a resume, complete a skills checklist, and provide two references along with copies of certifications and license verification.
