Registered Nurse (RN) – PACU Position Type: Travel Years Experience Required: 2 Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients recovering from anesthesia. This role requires strong clinical skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities • Assess and monitor patients post-surgery, ensuring their stability and comfort. • Administer medications and provide treatments as per physician orders. • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team. • Document patient assessments and care provided in accordance with standards. • Assist in the planning and implementation of patient care plans. • Respond to patient needs and address any concerns promptly. Qualifications • Must have a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in PACU or similar nursing roles. • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
