Cardiac Catheterization Lab Technologist Unit Information Unit: Cardiac Cath Lab Location: City, State Floor: 2nd Building: K Tower General Information The Cardiac Cath Lab is equipped with 5 beds and a dedicated staff of 25 professionals. The unit operates with a patient-to-staff ratio of 1:1, ensuring high-quality patient care. Staff typically work 10-hour shifts over four days a week for day shifts, while night shifts operate on an on-call basis. Typical Responsibilities • Perform diagnostic and interventional heart catheterizations • Assist in structural heart procedures Skill Set Required Skills: • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Certification • BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification • Experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab Preferred Skills: • RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) certification or ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification for Tech positions Best Personality Fit We seek individuals who are collaborative, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional patient care.
