Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) Job Description We are seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various laboratory disciplines and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Schedule • Split Shift: Every Monday night from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. • 2 Days Mids: 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. (specific days to be determined) Responsibilities The MLT will be responsible for performing laboratory tests across multiple disciplines, including: • Hematology • Coagulation • Urinalysis • Blood Bank • Serology • Microbiology • Chemistry Qualifications • Candidates must be a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT). • A minimum of 6 months of relevant experience is required. Additional Information Candidates are expected to wear gray or black scrubs. Familiarity with the Cerner EMR system is preferred. Location This position is based in a facility located in a city within the state.
