• Location: 3 North, Dallas, TX
• Number of Beds: 32
• Number of Staff: 11
• Staff Composition:
• Day Shift: 1 Charge Nurse, 6 Nurses, 3 Patient Care Technicians, 1 Unit Clerk
• Night Shift: 1 Charge Nurse, 6 Nurses, 3 Patient Care Technicians
• Patient Ratios: 1:5 or 1:6
• Type of Equipment: IV pumps, vital signs machines
• Electronic Medical Record System: Meditech
