Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced environment. Shift Details Day Shift: 0700 to 1930 Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care to individuals in a medical-surgical setting. • Float to medical-surgical units as needed. • Monitor patient vitals and manage care plans effectively. • Use electronic health records (Epic) for documentation and patient management. Qualifications • Associate Degree in Nursing (A.S.) or equivalent: Required. • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing: Preferred. • Successful completion of Basic Dysrhythmia Course: Preferred. • Completion of Critical Care Course: Preferred. • 6 months of cardiac step-down or telemetry experience in the last 2 years: Preferred.
