Respiratory Therapist (Allied) Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team. This role is focused on providing respiratory care and diagnostic services in a NICU setting. Schedule This position requires working Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM. Location This position is located in a facility within the region, specifically in City, State. Responsibilities • Administer respiratory therapy treatments and procedures as prescribed. • Monitor patients and assess their respiratory status. • Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans. • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Qualifications • A minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a NICU setting. • Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications. • Georgia Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license and RRT certification from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). • 2 professional references required. Holiday Expectations Candidates must be available to work during major holidays, including Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day, as well as one minor holiday, such as the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Eve.
