• Unit Staffing Description: Hospital Pharmacist
• Type of Equipment: Meditech DoseEdge, Pyxis ES
• Documentation System: Meditech
General Information
• Years of Experience Required: 3 to 5
• Requested Skill Set: Previous Hospital Experience
• Must Have: Active FL Pharmacist License in good standing, Previous hospital experience
• Advanced Skills Needed: BLS Certification
• Dress Code: Business Casual
