This position offers an opportunity for mentorship, making it ideal for both experienced OTs and new graduates. Requirements • Active California OT License (or in process under the 60 Day Rule) • Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred, though new graduates are welcome • Strong documentation and time-management skills • Flexible and collaborative mindset • Preferred work schedule: Sunday – Thursday or Tuesday – Saturday • Position may require floatation to a nearby facility Duties • Evaluate and treat patients within the skilled nursing facility • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care • Complete documentation in Net Health according to facility standards Shift Information Flexible schedule available: Sunday – Thursday or Tuesday – Saturday Holiday Coverage No holiday coverage required Minimum Years of Experience Less than 1 year preferred
