This position offers an excellent opportunity for both experienced clinicians and new graduates, with mentorship available. Key Responsibilities • Evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing facility setting. • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care. • Complete documentation in Net Health according to facility standards. Requirements • Active CA OT License (or in process under the 60 Day Rule). • Experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred; new graduates are welcome. • Strong documentation and time-management skills. • Flexible and collaborative mindset. • Preferred schedule: Sunday – Thursday or Tuesday – Saturday. • Position may require floating to a sister facility within walking distance. Additional Information • Holiday coverage is required. • Minimum years of experience: Less than 1 year. • BLS/BCLS certification is required.
