Physical Therapist Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in Buckeye, AZ. The ideal candidate will assist patients in restoring mobility and maintaining physical function through a variety of therapeutic techniques. Shift Information This position operates on an 8-Day shift schedule. Qualifications • Minimum Years of Experience: 0.0 • General Certifications: ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, NRP • Rehabilitation Certifications: ASHA, CHT, ACP Training Requirements Candidates must have an active physical therapy license. Note that a permanent license is required, and those with a compact license must apply for a permanent license immediately upon hiring. Credentialing Requirements The selected candidate will need to complete documentation outside of the clearance packet before commencing their assignment. Please ensure all submissions include current license status. Work Environment Equipment will be provided during the interview process. Specific dress code information will be communicated on the first day of work. Parking Information Parking will be provided during the first day of orientation.
