Registered Nurse (RN) Position Description We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for our Med-Surg/Oncology unit. Preferred schedule includes 48 hours guaranteed. Unit Information • Number of Beds: 36 • Patient Ratios: 1:6 • Unit Staffing: Includes Clinical Care Coordinators, RNs, LPNs, PCTs, and Unit Secretary • Type of Equipment: I-med, I-mobile, Neurons (vital signs machine), Glucometer, PCA, Wound Vac, Chest Tubes, Surgical Drains • Documentation System: Meditech • Scheduling Requirements: Every other weekend Patient Type The unit serves Med-Surg, Oncology, and Hospice patients and accepts hemodynamically stable patients requiring cardiac monitoring without interventions. Dress Code Nurses are required to wear Pewter (gray) and PCTs are to wear Caribbean Blue. Weekends No on-call required. Location Independence, MO
