Position Details • Units Served: Telemetry • Number of Beds: 36 • Patient Ratios: 1:3 (AM), 1:4 (PM), or 1:4 (AM), 1:5 (PM with patient care technicians) General Information • Type of Equipment: BiPAP, Heated High-Flow Nasal Cannulas, Alaris IV pumps, Kangaroo Feeding Pumps • Documentation System: Meditech • Staffing Requirements: Full-time staff requires 36 hours/week with every 3rd weekend rotation. Part-time staff works 48 hours/week with the same weekend rotation. • Floating Policy: PRN staff floats one time per week, while Full-time and Part-time staff float based on a rotation. • Patient Experience Requirements: Bedside shift report, hourly rounding, and daily leadership rounds. Qualifications • Certain Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS • Advanced assessment and critical thinking skills • Management of vasoactive drips • Experience with central line or PICC line placement Personality Fit Candidates should demonstrate a positive attitude and a strong desire to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
