Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Job Description We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) for a 13-week assignment. This position is ideal for nursing professionals who are looking to enhance their experience while providing high-quality patient care in a hospital setting. Location Position available in: City, State Key Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care and support in the Progressive Care Unit. • Monitor patient conditions and vital signs, making informed decisions regarding care adjustments. • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare team. • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. • Educate patients and their families on health management and condition-related matters. • Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation. Qualifications • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital setting required. • Active Compact License is required for submission. • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required. • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
