ICU Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care for patients in a critical care environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and be proficient in the use of electronic health records, particularly EPIC. Key Responsibilities • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients. • Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition. • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans. • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. • Utilize EPIC for documentation and patient management. Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred. • Acute care facility experience preferred. • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required. • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor is required. • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is required. • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification is preferred. • Critical care experience is essential. Shift and Contract Information This position is a day shift, 36-hour contract role with scheduled hours from 0700 to 1930.
