Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or a related field. • Current BLS and ACLS certifications. • Valid RN license in the state of Minnesota. • Minimum of three years of experience working in a surgery department. • Preferred qualifications include CNOR certification and a Master’s degree in nursing or a related field. • At least three years of previous management experience is preferred. Charting System The surgical services department utilizes the Epic charting system for patient documentation and management. Work Schedule This position offers a Monday to Friday schedule with 8-hour workdays, guaranteeing a total of 40 hours per week.
