Pharmacist Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist to join our Inpatient Pharmacy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various pharmacy operations, including medication dispensing, patient review, and participating in medication protocols and dosing. Shift Details • 10-hour shifts, variable hours between 0600-2200 • Every other weekend and 1 night on-call required • Guaranteed 40 hours per week Responsibilities • Pull medications using Pyxis system • Conduct patient reviews and manage Drug Therapy Management (DTM) • Participate in multidisciplinary rounding (MDR) • Handle phone triage and medication-related inquiries • Maintain medication protocols and dosing standards Qualifications • Active Colorado Pharmacist License • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from AHA • Minimum of 2 years experience in hospital pharmacy operations • Experience with sterile compounding Skills The successful candidate will possess the following skills: • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment • A commitment to providing high-quality patient care Additional Information • Scrubs will be provided and laundered by the hospital • Department-specific orientation will be provided • Looking for friendly, hard-working individuals who are eager to make a difference
