Registered Nurse (RN) – CVICU Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Contract position in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU). This is a 13-week contract requiring night shifts. Responsibilities • Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the CVICU. • Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes in condition. • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. • Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care options. • Ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards. Qualifications • Must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 2 years of experience in a CVICU setting. • Current CPR and ACLS certifications are required. • Excellent critical thinking and communication skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Flexibility to work night shifts and varying schedules.
