Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description We are seeking dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) for immediate opportunities in long-term care settings. This position offers a chance to work within nursing homes, providing essential medical care to residents. Schedule • Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM • Total Hours: 37.5 hours per week • Required Break: 30 minutes per shift • Contract Length: 13 weeks • Weekend Availability: Every other weekend and every other holiday required Responsibilities • Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed • Utilize paper Medication Administration Records (MARs) and Treatment Administration Records (TARs) • Provide direct patient care and support to residents in a nursing home setting • Maintain accurate patient documentation and reports Qualifications • Current and valid LPN or RN licensure • Experience in long-term care facilities preferred • Must have proficiency in PCC charting • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with the healthcare team • Demonstrated ability to perform tasks and provide care independently Location Opportunities available in multiple locations within the region, including City, State.
